These are a 10.5" high rise jean with a 30" inseam. These are 97% cotton and 3%spandex. If you have not tried this brand, I promise you will love them. Great stretch but I would go with your true size in these instead of sizing down. If you run in between, then you could go with the smaller of the two sizes.
